Marc Brotman is a trial attorney based out of the firm’s Mt. Laurel office. As a personal injury attorney and member of our Nursing Home Litigation Group, Mr. Brotman focuses on representing victims of abuse and neglect in long-term care facilities. Mr. Brotman began his legal career fighting to better the lives of the elderly and indigent as a litigation staff attorney at JASA, the Jewish Associate of Services for the Aging. Mr. Brotman has also worked as in-house counsel for a large public benefit corporation in New York City and in the Investigations Division of the New Jersey Office of the State Comptroller. Mr. Brotman’s work in public service carries over into his compassion for his clients and their loved ones and his drive to get justice for those harmed by corporate negligence and other wrongdoing.
Mr. Brotman earned his bachelor’s degree in English and American Studies at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. He earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where he was the Managing Development Editor of the Computer & Technology Law Journal and was awarded a Governor’s Executive Fellowship with the Eagleton Institute of Politics. Mr. Brotman also has a master’s degree from Rutgers’ Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
Mr. Brotman is a member of the American Association for Justice, the New Jersey Association for Justice, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Burlington County Bar Association.
